Andrew R. Lebling
Director of Acquisitions & Property Management

 Andy joined Lebling Development, LLC in September 2009 after graduating from the University of Maryland-College Park with a BA in History. In college, Andy was involved in many activities on campus including serving two successive terms on his fraternity’s executive board, one as Sergeant-At-Arms and the other as Vice President.

Andy expects to build upon what he learned in college as well as his internship experiences with a national homebuilder and local real estate law firm and apply it to all of our current and future business relationships. Andy currently helps manage our investment properties and strives to make sure that landlord, tenant, and contractor needs are met.
